Why should I get an account on eucode.info?

• get information about emission and distance traveled for any product you checked
• for this function to work you need to enter an adress of your choice
• a good example would be the adress of the supermarket, where you usually buy your groceries
• this list at wikipedia should be a good starting point to find the adress 

Couldn't you check my location in another way?

• out of privacy concerns we chose against a locating service that checks your location automatically
• instead we provide the option to enter any adress you want
• we suggest to enter your supermarket's adress because the emission calculation is done by calculating the emission based on the values for transporting goods by truck

Can I use eucode.info without registering?

• Of course! Searching for codes or browsing the map or the table will work the same
• But functionalities such as mentioned above won't work, since they need a form of registration.
